Here is what we learned from the second night of Takeover: Stand & Deliver, which took place on April 8th, 2021.
1) Killian Dain & Drake Maverick Earned A Future NXT Tag Team Title Match
The kickoff show featured a tag team match: Drake Maverick and Killian Dain vs Breezango.
This match was eventually won by Maverick and Dain. This means that they have earned a future match against MSK for the NXT Tag Team Titles.
2) The Show Opened With A Badass Performance From Poppy
The show opened with a performance from Poppy.
This was a fun and badass way to open the show!
3) Jordan Devlin Hit A Beautiful Moonsault Off The Ladder
The show opened with the Ladder match to determine the true NXT Cruiserweight Champion. It was Jordan Devlin vs Santos Escobar.
During the match, we got a big spot. Devlin hit a big moonsault from off the top of the ladder, in what was an awesome moment.
