Update On The Changes Coming To PPV Events

There was a report that came out over the past few days which suggested some changes were coming to WWE PPV events. The report suggested that all PPV events will likely be 4 hours long.

We have some more clarification on the changes coming to WWE PPV events.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that starting with Money in the Bank, all PPV events will start at 7:00 PM (EST). This will also include a kickoff show prior to the event that starts at 6:00 PM (EST).

Johnson says he is told that it doesn’t necessarily mean that all events will run for the full four hours but the company will have wiggle room to go longer or shorter.

The major shows like Summerslam and Wrestlemania are still expected to run for much longer than the four-hour window.
