Rhyno appeared at Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary event on Sunday night. He appeared under a mask and attacked Michael Elgin. This came after Elgin lost to Brian Cage in their match for the Impact World Championship.
Some interesting news has come out after his appearance for Impact. Rhyno himself admitted in a recent interview that his contract with WWE doesn’t expire until July 17th.
Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet provided an update on WWE’s reaction to Rhyno’s appearance.
According to Satin, WWE is unlikely to make an issue of Rhyno appearing for Impact while still under contract with them. Here is what he said:
