Natalya is so high on this list because of the Ronda Rousey factor. A popular theory going around is that Natalya will eventually turn on Ronda, turning heel in the process. That situation would be even better if Natalya not only turned on Ronda but also stole her Title.

This would set up Ronda vs Natalya in a big match for Summerslam. This is something that I think WWE is seriously considering. Plenty of storyline options with Natalya turning her back on her friend.
Based on the potential Natalya-Ronda storyline, Natalya is a big favorite in my eyes.
1) Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss is someone who has to be at the top of this list. WWE is very high on her based on her accomplishments so far on the WWE main roster. Would anyone be surprised if she wins the Money in the Bank briefcase?
I think it would work pretty well with Alexa’s character. She could constantly tease cash-ins and she is an excellent heel to make this work. I think her with the briefcase for a lengthy period of time could work well.
I think Alexa has the best chance of winning the briefcase.
