The WWE ran a live event opposite of RAW and the first Monday of the NFL season. The result? Horrible attendance. The event took place in Fairfax, Virginia at the EagleBank Arena that usually seats 10,000 people. Here are some photos of the awful attendance at the WWE Fairfax event.

As you can see, a TON of empty seats. Hard to blame people for not wanting to attend… Might make the WWE re-consider booking shows opposite of RAW moving forward.

I don’t get why they did that makes no sense
They already had it booked, but they also had to deal with with both Washington teams(MLB and NFL) had home games last night, that would’ve hurt attendance even without RAW. RAW lucked out because the Orioles(Baltimore’s MLB team) was in Boston last night and the Ravens(NFL) played Sunday.
If it had JUST been RAW, they probably would’ve done okay, but they were up against RAW and BOTH Washington teams(MLB and NFL) at home last night, that alone would’ve killed attendance.
