This weeks episode of Smackdown Live featured a 10-man battle royal to determine the number one contender for the WWE Championship. The show also featured a falls count anywhere match between Nikki Bella and Natalya. We crowned a new Smackdown Women’s Champion as Naomi was forced to drop the belt, allowing Alexa Bliss to reclaim the gold.

How was viewership for this weeks episode of Smackdown Live?

According to Showbuzzdaily.com, this weeks episode of Smackdown Live drew 2.792 million viewers. This is up from last weeks episode that drew 2.626 million viewers.

For comparison, RAW this week drew: 3.216 million viewers.

Great numbers for both RAW and Smackdown this week. Both saw fairly large increases as we get closer and closer to Wrestlemania. I am sure the numbers will be solid again next week for Smackdown as fans tune in to find out who becomes the number one contender: AJ Styles or Luke Harper.
