WWE Rumors Of The Day (January 8th, 2018)
– There was a rumor floating around that Sheamus was in a car accident. This is NOT true and was a hoax made up by someone on Facebook. The fake report was attributed to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet. He quickly shot down the rumor on Twitter.
– According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, there has been no discussion at all within WWE about bringing back the Slammy Awards. (Note: We did our own version for 2017 for those interested)
– John Cena’s schedule in February suggests that he will be feuding with someone on RAW leading up to the Elimination Chamber PPV.
– There is a bit of speculation about a potential John Cena and ‘Woken’ Matt Hardy feud. This came after Cena posted a random photo of Matt on Instagram.
