Here are some predictions for this week’s episode of Smackdown Live.
7) Sonya Deville Will Defeat Carmella
WWE has confirmed that Sonya Deville will face off against Carmella on Smackdown Live this week.
My gut says that Sonya is going to pick up the win here. I see WWE pushing her as a big threat heading into the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
As a result, I think Sonya will pick up the win.
6) Rusev vs Shinsuke Nakamura Will Get Confirmed For The Royal Rumble
It seems clear that the feud between Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev is far from over. Last week, we saw Nakamura get the better of Rusev again.
My guess is that WWE confirms Nakamura vs Rusev for the U.S Title at the Rumble.
I think that this would be a solid addition to the already stacked card.
5) Nikki Cross Will Appear On Smackdown This Week
Nikki Cross did already appear on RAW this week but WWE said that the new call-ups haven’t been assigned to a brand just yet.
I think that Nikki is going to appear in a backstage segment with SANITY. My guess is that WWE will be establishing that Cross is still a member of the faction.
I think that she shows up for the second night in a row.
