The first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match is just over two weeks away. With WWE announcing that it will feature 30 competitors, we are in store for a lot of surprise entrants in the match.
We have some potential spoilers on two surprise entrants.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE has reached out to two former WWE superstars for the match. The first person is Molly Holly. Johnson says sources have confirmed that she is booked to appear in the match.
Molly’s last match was in 2009 in the Miss WrestleMania Battle Royal at WrestleMania 25. She is currently a trainer at The Academy: School Of Professional Wrestling alongside former WWE stars: Shawn Daivari and Mr. Kennedy.
The second name mentioned in the report is Michelle McCool. Michelle isn’t a lock to appear but has apparently recently spoken to a WWE official about potentially participating.
McCool is a former Divas and Women’s Champion. She last appeared in a wrestling capacity for WWE in 2011. She recently teased on social media about getting back into the ring to face Charlotte Fair.
