WWE World Cup 2018 Predictions: 20 Countries That Could Be Represented

19) England – Pete Dunne

There are several wrestlers from England in WWE at the moment that could represent the country. I think that Pete Dunne would be a great option considering that he is the current WWE United Kingdom Champion.

Would be cool to see Dunne featured at this event.

18) Ghana – Kofi Kingston

Did you know that Kofi Kingston was born in Ghana? If WWE wants to extend the tournament to feature some small countries, Kofi representing Ghana could be fun.

Like I mentioned with Albania, I don’t think that it is likely but the option is still there if WWE wants.

17) Germany – Alexander Wolfe

Alexander Wolfe of SANITY was born in Germany and wrestled a lot of his career in the country. I think that it could be fun to see Germany represented in the tournament.

This would be a great showcase for Wolfe. He became the first German-born wrestler to ever win a title in WWE history when SANITY won the NXT Tag Team Championships.

16) India – Jinder Mahal

Here is an obvious possibility, Jinder Mahal represents India in the tournament. I think that it would make a lot of sense to feature Jinder in this tournament since he is known for his pro-India, anti-American gimmick.

I would put Jinder as another lock to be in this tournament. That would be unless WWE wants to use the Great Khali instead.

15) Iran – Ariya Daivari

At the Greatest Royal Rumble event, Shawn and Ariya Daivari got some massive heat for waving the Iranian flag in Saudi Arabia. My guess is that WWE could use Daivari again in the tournament to represent Iran.

I think Daivari vs a Saudi Arabian wrestler would make a ton of sense for the first-round.
