If you would have asked me a couple of months ago, about this, I would have placed Trish Stratus a lot higher on this list.
Trish announced several weeks ago, that she was pregnant with her second child. There were rumors that she was planned to take on Asuka at NXT Takeover Toronto (in the spot of Mickie James) before she knew that she was pregnant.
Trish has teased a WWE return on multiple occasions, including an Instagram post prior to her pregnancy:
“It’s been 10 years since I retired, 16 years since I started wrestling and here we still stand. I’ve still got some Stratusfaction to deliver if ya want it! Here’s to another decade of Stratusfaction!”
She has also expressed desire in interviews to wrestle Sasha Banks.
Obviously with her having a child it becomes less likely for 2017, but in the wrestling business, never say never! I think fans would really appreciate her returning for a match or two!

I agree with the ones chosen, I think what WWE needs to do those in NXT is actually have room to put them in as they barely able to provide screen-time for most of them on SD and RAW, perhaps move some of the wrestlers they are not currently using?
