This one might surprise some people but I think Hideo Itami needs to be called up to WWE’s main roster before the end of 2017.
Hideo came into WWE with a lot of hype in 2014 as one of the top wrestlers from Japan. His NXT career hasn’t been going so well after being plagued by multiple injuries.
Itami was out for over a year with a shoulder injury. When he returned in 2016, he was injured again after a botched powerslam by NXT’s Riddick Moss.
Itami has put on some classics around the world, including a fantastic match against Daniel Bryan in Ring of Honor. Maybe it is time to skip NXT and allow him to jump right onto the main roster.
Maybe it would be best for him to skip out on wrestling developmental talent in NXT because of how injury prone he is.
Itami has a ton of talent but he keeps getting sidelined. Maybe it is time for WWE to pull the trigger and get the best out of him before it is too late. He certainly has the talent to back it up. Hopefully his career isn’t cut short by injuries and we get to see him in some great matches for years to come.

I agree with the ones chosen, I think what WWE needs to do those in NXT is actually have room to put them in as they barely able to provide screen-time for most of them on SD and RAW, perhaps move some of the wrestlers they are not currently using?
