5 Reasons Why WrestleMania 33 Should Be The Undertaker’s Last Match

2) Not Much Left in the Tank

I may not be the first person to admit this, but I enjoyed The Undertaker’s 2015 run when he returned at Battleground; which ended Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Championship, and set his sights on the man that is the one in 21-1: Brock Lesnar.

The series of matches between these two legends were entertaining, and showed just how physical both men could get. Other than those matches, plus the tag match at Survivor Series against The Wyatt Family, he didn’t really wrestle much until WrestleMania 32. He wasn’t even in the Royal Rumble match to compete for the WWE Championship.

Ever since then, he has only wrestled at WrestleMania. When he returned at the 900th episode of SmackDown, he said that he was back “taking souls and digging holes,” but the only match that we have seen him in was at the Royal Rumble last month. We either interpreted his promo the wrong way or these other matches never culminated due to The Undertaker’s health.

Regardless of the reason, the Deadman is getting up there in age and he is past his prime. It pains me to say that as The Undertaker vs CM Punk at WrestleMania 29 was one of the reasons, if not the only reason, why I got back into wrestling. If he is only wrestling a match per year, it is safe to say that he doesn’t have much left in the tank.
