Option #5 – Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon & Triple H
As we all know, Shane McMahon and Triple H are brothers-in-law. Why not have Shane call for Triple H to help him out against Owens and Sami?
This might have been teased when Stephanie McMahon came to confront Kevin Owens after he attacked Vince McMahon. Stephanie has a reason to want some revenge on Owens. Not only did he take out her father but he also took out his brother with the help of Sami.
Maybe she brings in Triple H to take the side of Shane for a big tag team match at Wrestlemania 34.
Triple H is likely going to be wrestling at Wrestlemania 34 and a tag team match seems like a good option. I like the family dynamic idea of Shane and Triple H together, since it seems like they haven’t always seen eye-to-eye. Could be a fun storyline for WWE to explore.
I also think it would be a huge match for the careers of Owens and Zayn.
Option #6 – Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Triple H vs A Trio (The Club or The Shield)
You know everything that I just said about Triple H coming to the aid of Shane? Maybe the exact opposite happens and Triple H sides with Owens and Sami.
We already have some storytelling involved here with Triple H and Kevin Owens being in cahoots on RAW. Triple H helped Owens win the Universal Title. We also saw Triple H and Owens speaking backstage during an episode of RAW, clearly plotting something.
The idea would be that Triple H is the mastermind behind Owens’ attack on Shane and Vince McMahon. He wants control of WWE to himself.
What if Triple H teamed up with Owens and Zayn for a massive Wrestlemania match. Their opponents would be another big trio, forming to try and stop them. The options would be:
– The Shield. Seems unlikely though as Reigns looks to be penciled in to face Brock Lesnar.
– The Club seems like the more likely option. Could be either AJ Styles leading Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson or could be Finn Balor in charge.
Either one seems like a damn good match and would be a lot of fun.
