A report broke on Sunday morning that said Brian ‘Grandmaster Sexay’ Christopher had been hospitalized after a suicide attempt in jail. The report suggested that Lawler hung himself and was rushed to the hospital. Two reports suggested that the situation was looking ‘dire’.

Two reports have now confirmed that Brian has passed away at the age of 46.
First was Dave Meltzer’s Tweet:
Just to confirm, Nikolai Volkoff, Brian Lawler and Brickhouse Brown have all passed away. Very sad day for pro wrestling.

Wrestling INC also reports that Christopher has passed away but the family is not ready to release a statement just yet.
Christopher is best known for his time in WWE as one-half of the ‘Too Cool’ tag team. He is the son of legendary wrestler Jerry ‘the King’ Lawler.
He recently had some trouble with the law over the past month or two. He was arrested for failing to pay for a hotel bill. He was also arrested for a DUI a few weeks back.
