2) Wrestlemania Moment With The New Day
Another possible booking scenario would be to have the Hardy’s return to take on the New Day in an impromptu match (or segment) at Wrestlemania 33.

The New Day were recently confirmed as the hosts for the event and do not have a scheduled match. WWE could easily book an impromptu match/ segment that involves the New Day and the Hardy’s. As a little bit of storyline continuity, the New Day visited the ‘Wyatt Family Compound’ back in the summer of 2016. This was a clear play off the “The Final Deletion” that the Hardy’s did in TNA.
In an interview with Channel Guide Magazine a few months ago, Matt made an offer to the New Day:
“I would make the same offer to MeekMahan and the Day of the New. They come to Apocalypto, and I would go to Monday Night Raw. And so would Brother Nero. I think it would be very good if we all worked together. When it’s all said and done, we ultimately want to give the wrestling fan the greatest entertainment and biggest dream match possible, and that is what I’m trying to accomplish here.”
If WWE doesn’t want to use their Broken Characters, the idea still works with their own Hardy Boyz personas.
Could be an awesome Wrestlemania moment and a huge stage for their return to the company.
