5) Backstage Note On Karrion Kross’ New Gear
According to Erik Rowan on the Chairshots to the Cranium podcast, Karrion Kross’ new gear was originally planned for The Bludgeon Brothers.
Here is what Rowan said:
“I remember the first pitch meeting for it. They showed us pictures of what they wanted the Bludgeon Brothers to look like. I think it’s almost exactly what Karrion Kross is wearing right now. It’s the Demolition leather straps that look like suspenders while you wrestle. We both looked at each other like, ‘No…’. I think that’s when I had a few friends design some things.”
My Take:
- I have always been a fan of Kross but the new gear is trash.
4) Why Roman Reigns Is Appearing At Upcoming RAW Taping
Roman Reigns and The Usos are being advertised for an upcoming taping for Monday Night RAW in North Carolina. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Reigns and The Usos are serving as replacements for Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal, who will be on the UK tour.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
“Raleigh, North Carolina’s PNC Arena is advertising WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos and Big E for the 9/20 Monday Night Raw taping. The stars appear to be replacements for Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal, who are both advertised for the WWE UK tour taking place at the same time as Raw in the United States,” stated the report.
My Take:
- My guess is they will be in a dark match for the fans in attendance but won’t actually appear on the episode.
