According to @Wrestlevotes, WWE has discussed an interesting storyline idea for The New Day.
The account says that it has been discussed to put Big E and Kofi Kingston on separate brands but not have them split up as a faction.
Xavier Woods would also serve as the manager for both of them and would appear on both RAW and Smackdown. Here is what the account Tweeted:

- I like the idea of not breaking up The New Day but I think everyone is sleeping on Xavier Woods. He is way too talented to be used as just a manager. How about they send Woods to NXT and have a member of the faction on each brand? That could be a fun idea and could be a great way to showcase Woods.
