1) The Future Of The Roman Reigns & Jimmy Uso Storyline
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is not going to do Jimmy Uso vs Roman Reigns at the upcoming Hell In A Cell PPV. Fans have been speculating that this match could happen based on the current storyline but Meltzer says it isn’t happening at the next PPV event.
Here is what Meltzer said (h/t to Ringside News for the quotes below):
“It definitely feels like there’s going to be some kind of big time angle coming out of that tag team title match. Either they win the titles or there’s going to be a big angle. Either way, there’s going to be a big angle. I was told no Roman Reigns vs Jimmy Uso for this pay-per-view, whatever that means. I was told that point-blank.”
My Take:
- This is interesting. Maybe it will be Jimmy vs Jey Uso instead? That could be an interesting direction to go.
