Rumor Roundup: The Plans For Wrestlemania 38, Why Tom Phillips Missed Night 1, More

1) The Plans For Wrestlemania 38

Several months ago, WWE announced that Wrestlemania 38 would be taking place on April 3rd, 2022. This will be at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

On night 1 of Wrestlemania 37, WWE aired a video package for the event next year. During this video, WWE listed the date as ‘April 2022’, instead of saying April 3rd, 2022.

This has led to heavy speculation that WWE is keeping the door open to possibly change it to a two-night event like Wrestlemania 36 and 37 was.

My Take:

  • Personally, I really enjoy the two-night Wrestlemania events. One night of like 7 hours is too long. Two nights of 3 hours makes it enjoyable for the entire weekend. I am sure that I am not alone on that one.
