According to Ringside News, Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn were upset at the end of this week’s episode of Smackdown. This came after there were some issues with Adam Pearce’s microphone.

Ringside News has learned that Vince McMahon and Executive Vice President, Television Production Kevin Dunn were livid about this production botch. They were both described as “very pissed” about it. Those lines from Pearce were extremely important, and they were not heard for the most part.
My Take:
- I feel like this is a normal thing to be upset about. Production issues at an important moment of the show would be annoying.
2) Surprise In WWE That There Weren’t More Positive COVID-19 Cases
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), there was some surprise in WWE that there were not more positive COVID-19 cases. This comes after the news of Drew McIntyre testing positive.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
Sources in WWE said that they expected positive tests after the holidays, and were surprised that things weren’t worse considering the circumstances.
My Take:
- I was a bit surprised as well considering that we just passed the Holidays. I thought that we would have gotten a bunch more, with people seeing their families.
