1) The Upcoming Plans For Randy Orton
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Randy Orton vs The Fiend will be happening at the Royal Rumble. This will be some sort of gimmick match.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
Orton vs. Fiend in a gimmick match was the only other match we’ve heard as going to happen
Meltzer also noted that Orton entering the Royal Rumble match was likely just a ‘Red Herring’.
My Take:
- I am excited to see what they come up with. The rumor a few weeks ago was another Firefly Fun House match, which would be wild.
