WWE Reportedly Adds More Time To Dash Wilder’s Contract

A few months ago, a news story came out that suggested WWE added some extra time to Luke Harper’s contract. This was because Harper took some time off due to injury. There appears to be a clause in WWE contracts that allows WWE to extend them for the time that a Superstar misses.

It looks like Dash Wilder of the Revival is the latest person to have their contract extended by WWE.

Here is what Dave Meltzer wrote about Wilder in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here):

While The Revival’s contracts are up in April, WWE has extended Daniel Wheeler’s (Dash Wilder) deal another ten weeks due to the period he was out of action in 2016 with a broken jaw.

My Take: I have to wonder how this affects the status of the Revival re-signing with WWE in April. One thing is certain, they are going to get paid a ton of money, either from WWE or AEW.
