4) Randy Orton Won The Royal Rumble
One of the most obvious arguments for the match between Orton and Wyatt to be the final match of the night is the fact that Orton won the Royal Rumble match.
Traditionally, the winner of the Royal Rumble match automatically earns his spot in the main event of Wrestlemania. WWE has even mentioned it numerous times on WWE television that Orton has earned his place in the main event:
WWE will likely pull the move that they did at the 2016 Hell in a Cell PPV where they promoted 3 matches as the ‘main event’ of the night in order to make them all feel big. This will be WWE’s cop-out if they decide to make the final match: Lesnar vs Goldberg.
The fact is that only one match can only go last on the night of Wrestlemania and I think it should be Wyatt vs Orton based on Orton winning the Rumble. Let’s keep the prize for winning the Royal Rumble match as prestigious as possible.
