This is a match that almost every WWE fan has talked about, and I believe this would be a great match. In a sense, Undertaker and Demon Bálor are similar. Both are mystic, methodical, have a dark side to them. I would make a joke about the length of their entrances, but it would be overdone. Plus, their entrances add an aura to their persona.
Not only do their personas match, but I feel like this would be a great passing of the torch to Finn Bálor as the new “Phenom,” being as that opportunity for Bray Wyatt is long gone since his loss at WrestleMania 31. While Finn Bálor is not the biggest superstar compared to John Cena, it could easily catapult Bálor to stardom and boost him above and beyond, and have him put fear in the locker room and the WWE Universe.
Plus, if the rumor is true that Cena will be leaving for Hollywood soon, why waste The Undertaker’s send off? We are in the New Era after all. While both Bálor and Undertaker are on separate brands, it would make for a great inter-promotional match between the two brands. The thought of this match possibly occurring is exciting, and we shall see if the rumor mill is true.
