11) Becky Lynch Will Become Smackdown Women’s Champion
WWE threw a bit of a wrench into the Smackdown Women’s Championship match at Summerslam. Charlotte Flair has now entered the mix. Carmella will defend against both Becky Lynch and Charlotte in a triple threat match.
While some fans are upset that Becky is getting overshadowed here by Charlotte, I actually think this was done intentionally. I think WWE added Charlotte into the match as a way to make Becky’s win more of a surprise.
I do think that Becky will be walking out with the Title. There are plenty of great matches for Becky as Champion, including against Charlotte and Asuka. I also believe that we will be getting Charlotte vs Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania 35. I think Charlotte will be the one to win the Royal Rumble next year and she doesn’t need the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
10) Charlotte Flair Will Turn On Becky Lynch
I also think that after Becky wins the Title, Charlotte will congratulate her in the middle of the ring. After they hug, I think that Charlotte will turn on Becky and beat her down. Here are a few reasons why I think this will happen:
1) I think that Charlotte is much better as a heel.
2) I think that a heel Charlotte vs Becky feud would be money for the next few months.
3) If we are getting Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair at Wrestlemania, Charlotte will be the heel. I think it makes sense to turn her at some point and I think she would get the most heat from turning on Becky.
I am predicting a heel turn here.
9) Alexa Will Pull Her Double-Jointed Move While In Ronda’s Armbar
In the past, we have seen Alexa Bliss fake arm injuries in a weird way. This is because she is double-jointed and can make her arm look like it is broken on command.
With Ronda being known for the armbar, I would be pretty shocked if we didn’t see Alexa attempt to do something with her double-jointed arm during the match. A cool moment would be Alexa not tapping out to the armbar, which would confuse Ronda, the audience and the commentators. This would be interesting to see Ronda putting major pressure on the arm but Alexa not giving up due to the way her arm can bend.
That would mean Ronda would have to use another move other than the armbar to win the match. Or, Alexa would confuse Ronda enough to sneak away with the win.
